Klein Constantia Metis

Pascal Jolivet  comes to Klein Constantia and makes his French style Sauvignon Blanc, with KC’s grapes. A bit of a JV one might call it. To celebrate this beautifully crafted wine, we use the French Lily and a South African Protea, and half of each to create the label. This now is one of Klein Constantia's most iconic wines, and label too.
